Cons

1. There are no subtitles for this version, however…there’s another version out there have subtitles for TED. If you are not english speaker, you can try going to here to get the version with subtitles!
2. Some conferences are pretty long, so be prepared to spend some quality time otherwise it’s hard to finish the talk
3. There’s no sharing to google+ yet so no +1 there but it’s understandable as google+ is not fully open yet

Overall, this application is highly recommended for people who want to be inspired & know what’s going on with the world we live in. Some may become so knowledgeable that you will do all the right things that hopefully can change the world…one video at a time.
